Privacy notice
Last updated 3 August 2026
This notice explains how Abundance Economics handles information submitted through this website and information generated when the site is used.
Information submitted through the contact form
The contact form may collect your name, work email address, organisation, enquiry type and message. This information is sent to contact@abundance-economics.com and is used to respond to the enquiry, manage the requested contact and retain a reasonable record of legitimate business correspondence.
Security and spam prevention
The website may process technical information, including an IP address, through normal server logs. The contact form also uses a short-lived hashed IP identifier to limit repeated submissions. The rate-limit record contains a timestamp and is designed to expire from practical use after one minute.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is used only after a visitor accepts optional analytics. It is used to understand aggregate site usage and the performance of major links and calls to action. The site stores your analytics preference in your browser. Declining analytics does not restrict access to the site.
Service providers and external sites
Website hosting, email and analytics providers may process information as necessary to provide those services. Links to Substack, LinkedIn and X lead to external services governed by their own privacy notices.
Sharing and retention
Personal information submitted through the contact form is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers required to operate the website or email service, or where disclosure is required by law. Correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry and legitimate business records.
Your requests
To request access, correction or deletion of information submitted through the site, email contact@abundance-economics.com. The response may require reasonable verification of identity.
